Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We ship via Land, Air, Sea, depending on client's location. We have more than 4 courier partners: Aramex, Nasex Express Courier LLC, Elite Airborne, Shyft Logistics, Fly Express Courier Services, Falcon Express LLC, Al Dasser Transport LLC.

Do you ship internationally?

ExcelDisc has sales point at the most of african countries and we can deliver your order through those sales point. We have many customers from Middle East and African countries, and they have agent in Dubai to receive goods and pay cash.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

We pride ourselves on customer service excellence and astute punctuality when it comes to delivery. All orders received same day are processed same day or next. We deliver within 1~2 days in all emirates in the UAE and 2-4 days to the Sultanate of Oman

Can I split my order to ship to different locations?

Yes we can split your orders, but you should contact us and gives us details.

Orders and Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within five working days of receipt of order. For more information check Terms & Condition

How Do I Track My Order??

You can click on track order at the header, and you will need to put your order id to find out your order situation. If you have opened account, click on dashboard then orders

How do I cancel an order?

If you have opened an account you can click on dashboard and cancel your order, or you can contact us through WhatsApp or Email.
