- Packaging Matters What to Look For -- Ensure items are in their original, unopened/sealed packaging, including the unit carton. Include any accessories and free items, if applicable.
- Exceptions to Returns Items Not Refundable -- Opened units are not eligible for returns/refunds. Categories that cannot be returned/refunded include all accessories, software, movie/music/gaming titles, cartridges & toners, and watches
- Claiming Damages or Missing Items Quick Action Steps -- Report damaged, wrong, or missing items within 1 working day of delivery. We'll replace the product at no extra charge once we receive the old product.
- Contact Us Before Returning Stay in the Loop -- Reach out to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item.
- Quality Check: A Fair Review -- We reserve the right to verify the goods' condition before approving a return.
- Shipping Back: Who's Responsible? -- The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges for returning an item.
