Computers that have been custom-built, customized, or modified based on customer specifications. 6. Select special-order merchandise. 7. Items explicitly mentioned as nonreturnable on our website. 8. Equipment that has been submerged underwater. 9. Educational tapes or books that have been unboxed or unwrapped.
